At some point in our lives, we’ve all felt it, or will feel it. And when we do it is fundamental that we educate ourselves in how to deal with it and how to alleviate it.

Have you ever felt lonely, disconnected, misunderstood, distant or just out of sync even when surrounded by people?

Have you ever felt out of sorts, like something’s off, but you can’t quite name it? You’re not sick, exactly, there’s no clear symptom to point to, but you’re tired. You don’t feel like yourself and even the smallest chore feels like running a triathlon.
