A master teacher for over 50 years and a certified massage therapist since 1994, Silvia’s understanding of the human experience (mind, body, and spirit) is unmatched.

Today, as a certified life and health coach, she specializes in helping high-achieving women reconnect with their purpose, deepen their relationships, and create lives that feel as good as they look on paper.

Based in the DC area, Silvia works with women who are ready to shift from “successful but stuck” to truly fulfilled. Her approach is holistic, intuitive, and grounded in the belief that transformation begins the moment we feel truly seen and supported.
