These live Zoom-based coaching groups offer a safe, respectful, and confidential space to explore personal growth and lasting transformation.
Participants meet weekly for 75–90 minutes to engage in a rhythm of mindful presence, practical habit change strategies, and gentle accountability. Every session includes guided meditation, experiential exercises, and real-life coaching prompts designed to anchor mindfulness into everyday life.
Each group is intentionally small to foster trust, connection, and meaningful dialogue. All members commit to a shared agreement around confidentiality. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. This allows everyone to show up authentically, knowing their journey will be respected and held with care.
